The Role
As an integral member of Groupon's global tax team, the International Tax Analyst will play a crucial role in managing worldwide tax compliance, provision calculations, and strategic planning. Reporting to the International Tax Manager in London, you will focus on direct tax matters, collaborating closely on transfer pricing and UK corporation tax, while also engaging in broader international tax matters and cross-functional projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
Transfer Pricing and Intercompany Support
- Facilitate the outsourced transfer pricing compliance cycle, coordinating data requests and managing deliverables.
- Enhance documentation and operational support for the transfer pricing model, ensuring alignment between policy, legal agreements, and financial outcomes.
- Support the transfer pricing components of both new and existing intercompany transactions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
UK Corporation Tax
- Assist in the UK corporation tax compliance process by coordinating inputs, conducting analyses, and managing milestones alongside external advisors and internal teams.
- Contribute to the preparation of schedules that support the UK tax computation, identifying potential risks and unusual items.
