Position Overview:
As the Internet Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in engaging with potential buyers through electronic communications and phone inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to identify the needs and preferences of prospective homeowners, schedule appointments with our New Home Consultants, and convert leads into successful sales. This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to provide accurate and informative insights about our homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly follow up on all electronic leads, utilizing your problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills to engage and excite potential buyers. Manage leads effectively within our CRM database, ensuring consistent follow-up both short and long-term.
- Conduct inquiries to understand buyers' needs and preferences, gathering additional information to recommend suitable products, pricing, timelines, and locations. Build rapport with prospects through phone and email communication.
- Execute targeted outbound calls to leads and prospects who have previously engaged with M/I Homes.
- Schedule appointments with our sales team for potential homebuyers and organize personalized tours of our preferred communities and model homes.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of M/I Homes’ product features and benefits.
- Act as an internal advocate for high-quality website content and accuracy; collaborate with the sales and marketing team to design targeted mass email marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.
- Provide feedback on electronic lead generation strategies and marketing execution, including testing new lead sources and follow-up activities.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions, including weekly calls, bi-weekly sales meetings, and one-on-one training as needed.
- Assist with special projects and perform various additional duties as required.
