Who will you work with?
You will join the Maintenance team at Diafrag - Wabtec, collaborating with highly skilled and motivated professionals who lead in the motorcycle, automotive, and railway markets.
How will you make a difference?
As an intern in the Maintenance team at Diafrag - Wabtec, your role will be crucial in supporting maintenance operations, which are vital for maintaining service levels and productivity. You will ensure the machinery is operational for our daily tasks.
You will gain insights into processes involving machining equipment and robotics, working alongside the Lean team focused on continuous improvement. Additionally, you will contribute to the organization’s sustainability by learning about preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
What do we want to know about you? Requirements
Pursuing a degree in Production Engineering or Administration.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
Basic English (preferred);
Familiarity with agile methodologies (preferred).
What will your daily routine look like? Activities
Support the Maintenance team on-site;
Frequent communication with various departments at Wabtec;
Report data from innovation department staff;
Assist in gathering analytical data for inventory control and KPI development;
Ensure service request processes are followed, including closing control;
Develop and monitor service delivery schedules.
