HR Time Management and System Support for Polypoint PEP
Are you eager to actively shape HR time management and drive sustainable process improvements? In this pivotal role, you will continuously maintain and develop our time management system Polypoint PEP, significantly contributing to efficient HR operations.
As the primary point of contact for users in the area of quality management, you will provide expert advice to our internal clients. You will assist users with all matters related to the deployment and planning system and apply your expertise to the ongoing optimization of our workflows.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include maintaining icons, allowances, and on-call duties in accordance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
Furthermore, you will be a reliable support for our HR teams, particularly in the areas of social insurance and absence management. You will record payroll-relevant changes, process absences, and actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Additionally, you will check absences and on-call duties before each payroll run and continuously verify the accuracy of planning data.
Your Responsibilities:
- Further develop and maintain the time management system Polypoint PEP
- Regularly monitor planning data and provide targeted feedback to relevant directors and managers
- Support and advise managers and PEP users in planning, time tracking, and absence management
- System maintenance, monitoring compliance with labor laws, and conducting regular system clean-ups
- Maintain icons, allowances, and on-call duties according to guidelines and regulations
- Review absences and on-call duties before payroll processing
- Manage PEP user logins and permissions
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of planning data
