As part of its significant growth in France and internationally, iad is offering an internship opportunity to work directly with the M&A Manager and the Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. This role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, particularly focusing on Strategy and M&A, which are critical at this stage of growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development of the international M&A strategy and commercial development of the Group,
- Assisting in the external growth strategy of the Group,
- Identifying, planning, and implementing strategic changes within the iad model,
- Analyzing investment proposals in collaboration with management and, if necessary, the Board of Directors,
- Reviewing and modeling business plans in coordination with operational teams,
- Evaluating and financially analyzing potential targets,
- Participating in the acquisition process: coordinating various internal and external stakeholders, conducting due diligence, valuations, and negotiations,
- Identifying potential acquisition targets and collaborating with executives and advisors to conduct and support due diligence on key commercial dimensions (financial, tax, legal, and technical),
- Contributing to the management of post-merger integration processes and the successful incorporation of new entities into the Group.
