About the job
We are seeking an enthusiastic intern for the academic year 2025/26 or 2026/27.
Internship in Management Guidance Based on ROM Data (Master's Level in Psychology, Management, Business/Information Science)
Where will you be interning?
As this is a research internship, you will not be directly assigned to one team but will be part of one of the Management Coordination teams within the Network Care cluster.
What does the research internship involve?
Background
For over ten years, the Network Care cluster (including FACT teams, sheltered living forms, and mobile housing support teams) has been collecting questionnaires as part of the annual ROM process. These questionnaires are utilized at the individual client level to evaluate treatment. We aim to investigate whether the collected data can be utilized at the group level as management steering information regarding the content offered and possible differentiation in services among teams. The first step is to assess whether the various instruments show differing outcomes across different locations, settings, and contexts. In other words: are there differences? If so, how can the obtained information be used for steering? If not, what could explain this, and can we still derive value from the obtained data?
Goal/Research Question
Investigate whether the data collected via our ROM is useful for making substantive decisions or emphasizing areas within our different teams, thereby guiding care. For example:
Can insights be drawn from scores on item levels of various questionnaires about which aspects within a team require the most interventions, and if these interventions are implemented, can treatment and guidance results be reflected in the ROM scores?
Are there differences between regions, settings, and clients with various primary diagnoses, and does this require tailored approaches?
