The anticipated salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $130,000, with actual compensation dependent on individual experience and budget considerations. All salaried positions are eligible for bonuses.

Core Responsibilities
• Manage, support, and enhance the AH applications portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives and IT solutions.
• Oversee project timelines and technical direction while emphasizing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure application accessibility and meet user needs, including coordination with AO and ASC business units.
• Lead the planning, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of integrations with core AH systems.
• Act as the main point of contact for business application vendors, advocating for AH needs, tracking feature requests, bug fixes, and communicating the status of enhancements to users.
• Assess and improve existing systems for effectiveness and efficiency, developing strategies to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure that user experiences with AH business applications align with brand standards for both internal users and guests.
• Manage the business application portfolio, overseeing project planning, vendor configurations, and integrations to ensure all specifications and requirements are met.
• Liaise with application vendors to provide training and related materials to power users and end-users for both modified and new systems.
• Maintain vendor relationships, participate in assessments, and escalate performance issues to leadership as needed.
• Process vendor invoices and accruals monthly while supporting Finance/IT budget reviews.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, including SSO, and manage user roles and permissions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
