Our mission: We empower individuals to maintain good health well into their 100s while helping employers transform health benefits into a valuable investment rather than a cost center.
By connecting all facets of care—private, public, and direct-to-consumer—we offer the most member-centric healthcare experience, lowering claims costs and unlocking new monetization avenues.
We collaborate with thousands of companies across France , Spain , Belgium , and Canada , serving over a million members.
How we operate: Our Leadership Principles
Mission is the Boss — Our long-term focus drives us to take calculated risks in pursuit of our mission's success.
Distributed Ownership — Every team member is accountable for their decisions and the outcomes they create.
Radical Transparency — We ensure all information is accessible and documented, empowering everyone to make informed decisions.
Always Growing — We believe in giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback, fostering a culture of personal growth.
