Your Role as an Intern
As a valued member of our IT Team, you will utilize your skills to deliver prompt and effective technical support to our employees.
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in:
- Addressing support inquiries from company users
- Troubleshooting technical issues at workstations, both in person and remotely
- Providing technical assistance for the configuration, setup, and maintenance of workstations and peripherals
- Escalating unresolved issues to appropriate teams, including Infrastructure, Telco, and Network
- Maintaining IT documentation and established processes
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Eligible for internship through your educational institution
- Proficient in English and Greek
- Strong understanding of software installation, configuration, user devices (e.g., desktops and laptops), and operating systems (e.g., Windows)
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and possess strong interpersonal skills
