Position Overview
Are you a passionate IT professional with a knack for resolving technical challenges and providing user support? We are currently inviting applications for an experienced IT Support Engineer (IT Administrator) to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam.
The Technical Field Services team at DKV Mobility Group headquarters in Ratingen, Germany, manages our IT systems. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct support to approximately 120 employees at GreenFlux.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver user assistance through our ticketing system Matrix42, Microsoft Teams, email, or face-to-face, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.
Diagnose and analyze hardware and software issues, providing effective resolutions.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, network devices, video conferencing equipment, and other IT peripherals.
Manage user accounts and groups within Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
Assist the Information Security Manager with regular audits and reviews of logs and access rights, requiring a solid understanding of information security principles.
Conduct training sessions for employees on software tools and best practices.
Document incidents, solutions, and processes to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
