As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of both cloud-based and on-premises IT services. Your expertise will cover a wide range of platforms including Office 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and various security and backup solutions. You will be tasked with ensuring the optimal performance, security, and scalability of our clients' IT infrastructure, while providing exceptional support and creating thorough documentation to uphold our high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Office 365, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Azure products.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server and other server environments.
- Utilize medium/high-level programming skills for seamless service integration and automation.
- Evaluate and compare IT services to recommend the most effective solutions for clients.
- Enhance and scale hardware and software in line with client requirements.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Email and DNS services.
- Implement and maintain security solutions, including Antivirus, Firewall, and VPN technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, Todyl).
- Set up and maintain remote access tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaOne).
- Oversee backup and virtualization platforms (e.g., Datto, MSP360, NinjaOne).
- Create troubleshooting documentation and manage software using platforms like ITGlue and Hudu.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support.
- Administer ticketing systems (e.g., Autotask, Syncro, ConnectWise, HaloPSA).
