We are seeking a dynamic and skilled IT Support Specialist Level 3 with extensive practical experience in cloud computing, server management, networking, and security solutions. You should possess a proven history of effectively installing, configuring, and maintaining a variety of platforms and tools including Microsoft 365, AWS, firewalls, backup solutions, and ticketing systems. If you are a resourceful and detail-oriented individual who can adapt to the changing needs of clients, you will excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Office 365, Google Workspace, and Amazon AWS products.
- Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server and additional server environments.
- Utilize programming languages for medium to high-level management of installed services.
- Conduct analysis and comparison of various IT services to choose the best options for clients.
- Optimize and scale purchased hardware and software.
- Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of Email and DNS services, among others.
- Administer Antivirus, Firewall, and VPN software such as Cisco Meraki, Sophos, and SentinelOne.
- Manage remote connection software installations like ConnectWise and Datto.
- Oversee backup and virtualization platforms such as Datto, MSP360, and NinjaOne.
- Create troubleshooting documentation and manage software on platforms like ITGlue, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Install, configure, and maintain ticketing systems including Autotask, Syncro, and ConnectWise.
