Position Overview
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, with potential for other shifts. A 3/2 hybrid schedule is available after 90 days.
As a Support Technician, you will be instrumental in helping businesses manage their technology, supporting employees, and addressing daily support needs. Working at the Dedicated IT Service Desk offers exposure to diverse systems across the healthcare sector, with access to modern hardware and tools that streamline the support experience while advancing your skills.
Support Technician IIs are dedicated, customer-focused professionals who efficiently provide technical support to users. They handle incoming calls and assist with email tickets while mentoring Support Technician Is. As integral members of the Dedicated IT technical team, they tackle a variety of client challenges through innovative problem-solving.
