Join Our Team of Technology Enthusiasts!
We are in search of a proactive and well-organized IT Support Technician to be the first line of support for our EMEA IT operations. You will be responsible for managing all on-site infrastructure and audiovisual systems for our offices in London and Leeds, while delivering exceptional on-site and remote support for over 200 employees across the EMEA region. As a key member of our Technology Operations team, you will work closely with global IT colleagues in the UK, US, and Australia to enhance service delivery and ensure a smooth, secure onboarding experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- IT Support for UK Offices: As the primary IT support contact for the London office, you will oversee desk-side support and the proactive management of AV and infrastructure for the London (70 users) and Leeds (30 users) offices, which includes monthly travel to the Leeds site.
- EMEA Technical Service Delivery: Drive high-quality support operations for more than 200 cross-functional staff in EMEA, ensuring minimal downtime through effective ticket management and swift issue resolution.
