We are seeking a driven IT Technical Recruiter who excels in identifying, attracting, and onboarding elite talent within the technology industry. The perfect candidate will have extensive knowledge of technical roles, exceptional sourcing skills, outstanding communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle while working closely with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, onboarding).
- Work alongside hiring managers to understand technical needs, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
- Utilize various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking) to find candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status, offer acceptance rates).
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies.
