About the Role
Join ARO as an IT Technical Sales Specialist, where you will work closely with our Corporate and SMB Account Management teams to provide bespoke IT solutions. Your expertise will cover IT managed services, WAN/LAN networks including Wi-Fi, cloud migrations, platform refreshes, hardware deployments, Microsoft rollouts, and cybersecurity solutions. You will act as a vital link between technical knowledge and client requirements, crafting and presenting solutions that enhance business outcomes. This hybrid role emphasizes upselling to both existing clients and new prospects, empowering account managers, and successfully closing deals to drive ARO's expansion. You will also take charge of building, managing, and delivering on our sales initiatives.
Note: This is a Hybrid role requiring three days of onsite presence per week. Commuting to the office and having your own transportation is essential.
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to evaluate IT requirements and recommend solutions such as managed services, cloud migration, and cybersecurity.
- Create and deliver persuasive technical proposals and detailed designs, including cost estimates for IT deployments (30-150 seats).
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight ARO’s IT solutions, including Microsoft rollouts and WAN/LAN configurations.
- Collaborate with account managers and technical teams to ensure smooth solution integration and outstanding client experiences.
- Provide comprehensive solution documentation to the project team to enhance the likelihood of successful implementation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position ARO as an industry leader.
- Contribute to the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, while training account managers and advocating for IT solutions internally.
- Travel as necessary for client meetings, site visits, and industry events to foster relationships and secure opportunities.
