As an Italian-speaking Account Manager specializing in Sales Ads Agencies, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding a diverse portfolio of media and creative agencies that advertise on our client's platform for their small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients. We seek a dedicated, service-oriented professional who excels in building robust agency relationships and delivering customized digital advertising solutions. Your primary focus will be on retaining and enhancing existing agency partnerships, maximizing their clients' advertising investments, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and revenue growth across all managed accounts. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of media and creative agency partners on our Client’s platform, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of each agency's business model, client portfolio, and media planning processes, providing tailored advertising strategies that yield measurable results for their end clients.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the agency's managed accounts while leveraging the full suite of advertising solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings with agency stakeholders, including planners, buyers, and account leads, to review campaign performance, present data-driven insights, and continuously optimize advertising strategies.
- Serve as a product expert for agency partners, educating them on new ad formats, platform updates, and best practices to maximize results across their client base.
- Work towards performance targets and KPIs, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and retention objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with agency partners at multiple levels, ensuring high satisfaction, loyalty, and ongoing investment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in Salesforce, including account activity, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
- Adapt quickly to evolving agency needs, platform updates, and changing client priorities.
