Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian via phone, email, and chat regarding NGO services and programs
- Assist clients with inquiries about programs, volunteer opportunities, and resources provided by the organization
- Manage complaints and furnish accurate information to stakeholders promptly
- Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously in our CRM system
- Collaborate with program teams to gain comprehensive knowledge of initiatives for effective assistance
- Collect and communicate stakeholder feedback to improve program offerings and service delivery
- Stay updated on the organization’s mission, values, and ongoing projects
