- Includes regions such as Toledo, Bowling Green, Findlay, Lima, and more.
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
This position offers flexibility, ranging from part-time to full-time hours, primarily during the second shift, typically between 4 PM and 12 AM.
We are in search of a Janitorial Compliance Night Manager to enhance our team! The Night Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing contract compliance for designated building maintenance services while fostering a strong relationship between City Wide and our Independent Contractors. The ideal candidate will have the ability to assess client contracts and ensure that work expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) by effectively communicating client priorities and collaborating to resolve issues.
- Evaluate the scope of work and ensure quality assurance standards are upheld to retain existing clients and attract new business.
- Engage in daily communication with the Facility Services Manager regarding urgent issues, including providing a nightly recap via email or phone message.
- Make informed recommendations for IC work assignments while managing to client standards and company guidelines, and take action if service level agreements are not met.
- Oversee inspections, handle customer complaints, manage customer requests, and ensure VIP treatment is appropriately addressed.
- Implement City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Complaint Policy, Four Star Policy, and other operational protocols.
- Ensure adherence to client policies and procedures, including the proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial janitorial services industry is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of management experience, including coaching, motivating, developing, and leading teams across multiple locations.
- 3-5 years of experience in Janitorial or Building Maintenance.
- Strong planning, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills are essential.
- Bilingual candidates are preferred!
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- A willingness to assist with cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
