Your Role
As a Customer Enablement Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from think-cell products by providing tailored training sessions, workshops, and best practices to a designated group of customer accounts within your geographical area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Account Executives to foster account growth and implement strategies to mitigate churn risks, ensuring elevated customer satisfaction.
- Conduct think-cell training sessions and workshops customized to specific customer use cases, promoting software adoption and value realization.
- Manage trials and proofs of concept, aligning think-cell’s solutions with the needs of potential customers.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and ensure customer success.
- Maintain comprehensive and current customer data and opportunities in platforms like Salesforce.
