We are currently seeking Seasonal, Part-Time, and Full-Time associates to join our sales team.

Your Role at Kay Jewelers:
As a valued member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and desires.
- Presenting merchandise with detailed information regarding features and benefits.
- Providing insights on extended service plans and financing options.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets.
We believe you would be a great fit if you possess:
- A genuine desire to help customers celebrate significant moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering outstanding service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
