We are currently seeking Job Coaches for our distinguished Community Employment Services program. In this role, you will provide personalized support to clients, addressing social and personal barriers that may hinder their success in community environments. You will also deliver job-site training and interventions for clients placed in various employment settings while collaborating closely with both clients and employers to establish training goals and ensure ongoing success. Your commitment to quality service will align with the mission and values of Hope Services.
Pay Rate: $21.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities of the Job Coach
1. Provide essential support to ensure client success in their employment placements, which includes evaluation, training, goal setting, and follow-up services for effective job retention.
2. Serve as a liaison between clients and employers, offering training and support while addressing employment-related challenges to promote long-term job success.
3. Monitor assigned clients and provide advocacy and referrals as necessary, assisting them with accommodations and ADA-related matters.
4. Adhere to employer policies and procedures while working on-site with clients.
5. Represent Hope Services within the community, maintaining professional relationships with family members, employers, and funding sources.
6. Complete all necessary reports and documentation accurately and timely.
