We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Inbound Tech Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities include:
• Effectively manage inbound calls from customers, providing technical support for various technology issues including computers, printers, broadband, routers, and email services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers, ensuring their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Work flexible hours, including night shifts, to meet the needs of our clients.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO setting.
• Proven ability to independently close customer calls and provide accurate solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Technical expertise in troubleshooting issues related to Mac devices, iPhones, and iPads is a plus.
• Candidates without prior experience will not be considered.
Salary is negotiable based on experience and current CTC, with the opportunity for attractive incentives. Immediate joining is preferred.
