Key Responsibilities
As an Insurance Agent Team Member, your duties will include:
Cultivating new business through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
Consulting clients to identify their needs and proposing customized insurance solutions
Promoting and cross-selling a diverse range of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Delivering outstanding customer service while fostering long-term client relationships
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales and performance targets
Keeping abreast of product offerings, underwriting processes, and industry trends
Required Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for a proactive sales professional with exceptional communication abilities. The ideal candidate should possess:
Previous sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Property & Casualty License preferred (not mandatory but must be willing to obtain)
Life & Health License preferred (not mandatory but must be willing to obtain)
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently
