The Role
We are on the lookout for a Junior Account Executive located in Brazil. As a pivotal member of our Blueground for Business team, you will spearhead the development and expansion of corporate accounts by managing third-party platforms and presenting bids to companies that can benefit from Blueground's offerings. Your Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the sales pipeline and secure new bookings through timely presentations of housing options to third-party platforms.
- Articulate value propositions to clients in a prompt, organized, and effective manner.
- Foster and maintain robust business relationships with key corporate stakeholders.
- Enhance relationships with current enterprise clients, ensuring their needs are met through regular follow-ups and identifying new opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze critical account metrics; compile data to uncover trends.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in B2B sales.
- Familiarity with corporate contracting and RFP processes.
- Strong and persuasive communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional account management skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proactive problem solver and self-motivated individual.
- Team-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks across various frameworks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
