A pivotal role in a rapidly growing company:
As a (Junior) Account Executive (m/w/d) in the New Business sector, you will play a key role in our company's growth. Your primary responsibility will be to establish new business relationships with major clients, from identifying potential customers to engaging them with our innovative products and successfully leading them through the Proof of Concept phase. You'll develop tailored solutions and manage the entire process up to the annual contract. By closely collaborating with clients, you will understand their needs and demonstrate how our solutions can optimize their recruiting processes in the long term.
In this position, you can earn up to €65,000 as OTE. At HeyJobs, we offer an uncapped, performance-driven compensation model with clear salary bands, allowing you to determine your earnings based on your performance. Your personal development and opportunities for advancement are assured with us.
