As the initial point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in our growth and evolution! You will become a product expert and a trusted consultant to businesses across diverse sectors.
Your insights will help bridge the gap between our product offerings, market demands, and internal departments.
In your capacity as an Account Executive, your responsibilities will include guiding businesses that have registered on our platform to become paying customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and leveraging feedback to enhance our product offerings.
You will operate from one of our strategic partner's offices in Allentown, PA, collaborating closely with their team, receiving warm leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and showcasing Connecteam’s platform as the optimal solution for their clients’ requirements. This position emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and teamwork to foster new business opportunities and reinforce our partnership network.
Please note: This role requires in-office work three days a week at one of our strategic partners' offices in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Your Responsibilities:
- Become a product specialist!
- Manage the full sales cycle, owning your account pipeline while contributing to the team’s goals.
- Act as the key liaison for client insights, as no one knows our clients better than our Sales team.
- Represent Connecteam’s renowned customer service and collaborative approach with our partners.
- Shape the product in response to client needs and feedback.
- Engage in cross-departmental collaboration and information sharing.
- Take initiative and ownership of your projects.
