The Junior Client Success Associate at intellecthq is integral to ensuring our clients enjoy a seamless experience as they engage with our innovative mental health solutions. This role combines direct client interaction through events, webinars, and campaigns with effective operational execution to maximize client value and satisfaction.
Working in tandem with Client Success Managers and various cross-functional teams, you will facilitate smooth onboarding processes, create engaging client interactions, and derive insightful data to enhance client outcomes.
Client Engagement, Events & Campaigns
- Design and implement client engagement strategies, including launch events, roadshows, webinars, workshops, and re-engagement campaigns.
- Assist in the development of campaign plans, materials, and timelines for all phases of client engagement.
- Oversee end-to-end event logistics (both virtual and in-person), coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful execution.
- Participate actively in live events, webinars, and roadshows as needed, serving as a direct point of contact for client inquiries.
- Deliver a professional and cohesive client experience during all events.
Implementation & Client Support
- Facilitate the onboarding and implementation of clients to ensure a timely and effective rollout.
- Provide essential guidance and training to clients in collaboration with Client Success Managers.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the engagement process.
- Support Client Success Managers during critical client interactions, particularly during launches and re-engagement initiatives.
Client Success Operations, Metrics & Insights
- Gain insight into Client Success metrics, focusing on engagement, utilization, and adoption indicators.
- Assist with daily CS operations, including reporting, data analysis, and project coordination.
- Evaluate the impact of events, campaigns, and implementation efforts by gathering feedback and performance data.
Utilize data and feedback to provide actionable recommendations for enhancing future engagement strategies.
Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (commercial, marketing, product, tech, operations, clinical) to support execution and continuous improvement.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance CS workflows, engagement processes, and overall client experience.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as necessary as the team and organization grow.

- Clients feel valued, supported, and engaged during the implementation process and throughout key touchpoints.
