Context:
With a team of over 700 consultants, the CTO Advisory Business Unit at Wavestone is dedicated to guiding our major clients through complex digital transformation projects, from strategic framing to implementation and change management. Our CTO Advisory addresses all technological and organizational transformations faced by Chief Technology Officers (CTOs). We collaborate closely with consultants from sectoral Business Units within multidisciplinary teams to tackle these transformative challenges.
Within CTO Advisory, our Strategic IT Programs and M&A team addresses all operational and economic issues that our clients' CTOs encounter during their IT M&A transformations, including:
Large-scale IT transformation programs: How do we successfully conduct a strategic transformation of the information system?
Operational Model: What operational model should be adopted to maximize delivered value and support IT strategy while addressing business challenges?
Strategic Planning: What medium/long-term IT vision aligns technological initiatives with corporate objectives and priorities?
Finance: How do we manage and optimize IT costs in a context of budget efficiency and value maximization?
Sourcing: What sourcing strategy should be defined and implemented to maximize economic and operational performance?
Service Offering: How do we enhance managed IT service management (ITSM) to simplify consumption for internal clients while maximizing service quality?
Talent and Skills: How can we effectively anticipate and manage evolving skill requirements within the IT department, given technological advancements and organizational changes?
Change Management: How do we support employees in adapting to changes in their daily routines resulting from transformation programs and the introduction of new tools and practices?
Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures (M&A): How do we support end-to-end M&A operations (Due Diligence, Transition Approach, Transition Execution) from an IT perspective?
IT Processes: How do we define, organize, and equip operational activities of IT teams to deliver services effectively?
