This exciting hybrid role involves nurturing publisher relationships while managing comprehensive digital advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and revenue growth. Your Responsibilities
Account Management
- Act as the primary contact for assigned publisher accounts, fostering high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges.
- Analyze ad performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement ad solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance reports, presenting findings to clients and proposing strategies to enhance publisher revenue.
- Stay current with industry trends, Google policies, and best practices to ensure client compliance and competitiveness.
Campaign Management
- Grasp the digital advertising landscape and understand AnyMind Publisher’s offerings.
- Develop proposals and media plans aligned with business objectives (including advertorials, social media, radio, online inventory, rich media formats, etc.).
- Oversee end-to-end campaign management, tracking ROI and KPIs.
- Negotiate media packages and cultivate long-term relationships with publishers.
- Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to cross-sell publisher packages, including tailored proposals and participation in client pitches to boost conversion rates.
- Keep abreast of digital media trends and competitive offerings.
