We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant to join our expanding photography-centric startup. This junior, hands-on position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys multitasking and aspires to grow within a creative environment.
Your main focus will be on graphic design, enhancing visual content for marketing initiatives, social media platforms, and client materials. You'll also aid with influencer outreach, perform light administrative duties, and occasionally support sales or partnership efforts. This role suits a highly organized, proactive individual with a startup mindset who thrives on creative tasks, acquiring new skills, and contributing wherever necessary.

Key Responsibilities
Design engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital assets.
Support visual content requirements for photography-related projects and promotions.
Assist with influencer outreach by researching creators, sending outreach messages, and tracking responses.
Maintain outreach and contact lists, performing follow-ups and providing status updates.
Handle ad hoc virtual assistant and administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, organization, basic research) as required.
Support fundamental sales or partnership activities, including preparing materials and assisting with follow-ups.
Keep digital files, assets, and workflows organized.
Collaborate with the founder and team to address daily business needs.
