Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to define job profiles based on approved vacancies, considering personnel budgets and role descriptions.
- Implement recruitment strategies by promoting job opportunities through internal and external communication channels according to established procedures.
- Conduct in-person and online interviews and dynamic sessions.
- Oversee the entire hiring process, ensuring timely documentation submission.
- Monitor new employees during their probation period and facilitate integration discussions (onboarding project).
- Prepare and maintain reports and selection indicators, including Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Conduct exit interviews as necessary.
- Participate in job fairs and events, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Regularly review job description forms to ensure they are up-to-date.
