About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Paid Media Buyer with over 3 years of experience in managing performance-driven marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and TikTok. If you are adept at navigating Ads Manager and have a strong desire to learn and grow, this position is perfect for you.
This role is tailored for individuals passionate about direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing, possessing solid foundational skills in paid media, and eager to expand their expertise in creative strategy, attribution, and full-funnel growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
Paid Social Execution & Support
- Assist in daily campaign management for Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize advertisements to meet performance goals (ROAS, CPA, CAC, etc.).
- Help structure campaigns for testing various creatives, audiences, and funnel stages.
- Report on campaign outcomes, identifying trends or anomalies for senior team members.
Data & Reporting
- Extract data from Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and attribution tools such as Triple Whale.
- Aid in developing reports and dashboards for internal updates.
- Analyze key campaign metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) and assist in pinpointing optimization opportunities.
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to propose ad angles, hooks, and formats based on performance insights.
- Organize creative assets and facilitate feedback loops between media and design.
- Monitor creative fatigue and suggest necessary refreshes.
Learning & Strategy Development
- Support senior buyers in crafting media plans.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions regarding strategy, planning, and creative direction.
- Stay informed about platform updates, trends, and industry best practices.
