JOB PURPOSE
We are in search of a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m) who is eager to expand their knowledge and contribute their passion for Paid Social marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop, set up, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze campaign data to generate insightful reports, providing actionable recommendations for our clients.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations, targeting strategies, or landing pages for enhanced performance.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to ensure alignment with goals and KPIs, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage budgets for paid social campaigns effectively, preparing forecasts and media plans.
- Identify and define target audiences for precise ad targeting.
- Collaborate with design teams to produce engaging visuals or videos for ad campaigns.
- Implement and configure conversion tracking mechanisms alongside our data teams, like pixels or tags, to measure campaign success.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING

- Ability to maintain oversight across multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience with paid social projects.
- A solid understanding of Social KPIs, campaign optimization, and proficiency in data analysis using Excel, Pivot tables, and platform-specific data.
- Collaborative skills for effective teamwork with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with a healthy dose of creativity and enthusiasm for bringing innovative ideas to the table.
