Key Responsibilities:
Assist in enhancing key performance indicators (KPIs) and meeting customer demands, focusing on productivity, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and Internal Defect Count (IDC) within manufacturing, particularly in testing processes.
Provide technical assistance for machinery and equipment, including analysis and problem resolution.
Oversee the maintenance of the ABS/ESP9 and ABS10M HU assembly line, ensuring standardization in collaboration with local and IPN teams.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives for the System CIP related to the ESP9 and ABS10M HU assembly line.
Collaborate with internal teams and global cross-functional groups, particularly in testing and programming processes.
Assist in reviewing the Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and control plans for the HU assembly line.
Support Engineering Change Requests (ECR) related to manufacturing.
Contribute to new model and customer projects, including flexible releases or relocations.
Assist in the introduction of new Manufacturing Automation Equipment (MAE).
