Our Retail Collaboration Programs streamline and enhance cooperation between retailers and manufacturers through shared platforms that integrate data, visualizations, and analytical tools. This enables manufacturers to make strategic decisions aligned with retailer objectives.
We are seeking a Junior Retail Analyst to join the team supporting the collaboration program with Whole Foods, which is our fastest-growing program in terms of CPG clients and revenue within Retail Collaboration. This role is critical for operational management, customer support, technical assistance, and internal coordination.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations and Support
- Ensure timely configuration of clients on NIQ platforms according to their subscriptions.
- Manage the shared mailbox for the Whole Foods program, providing support to approximately 90 CPG clients:
- Billing inquiries
- Technical support
- Contract questions
- Whole Foods program-related queries
2. Client Relationship Management
- Respond to requests with a sense of urgency and a focus on resolution.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted expert in our Retail Collaboration solutions.
- Support client retention priorities alongside your manager and Retail Collaboration leaders.
3. Processes and Continuous Improvement
- Develop proficiency in using NIQ proprietary tools, ticketing processes, and support workflows.
- Identify risks, delays, or gaps in the onboarding process and propose improvements.
- Execute ad hoc projects aimed at standardizing and automating operational processes.
