Join our dynamic Sales Team as a Junior Sales Engineer specializing in Industrial Hydraulics. This exciting role is based in Torino, where you will take on the responsibility of managing our Partners, Resellers, and System Integrators in the Center-South region as part of our structured Graduate Specialist Program.
Your journey begins with an intensive training period at our headquarters in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), designed to equip you with profound technical knowledge and essential soft skills.
During your training, you will:
Assume commercial responsibility for Partners in your designated area, concentrating on cutting-edge Industrial Hydraulic technologies.
Collaborate on and track the advancement of Partners' Sales Plans.
Conduct audits to ensure the necessary skills are maintained by assigned Partners.
Analyze competitors’ Partner strategies.
You will have the opportunity to analyze market data and gather vital insights from customers and internal stakeholders to craft and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
Forge strong relationships with local Application teams and Headquarters to exchange best practices, coordinate technical solutions, and foster continuous business growth.
Engage in sales negotiations and provide support during both pre-sales and post-sales phases. Your contributions will help achieve critical commercial KPIs, including turnover and margins, by bolstering new business development activities and enhancing Partner loyalty.
Stay attuned to market needs and trends to guide Partners toward the most suitable products and technical solutions. Actively participate in national and international trade fairs and events to represent our company and expand business opportunities.
