About the Role
As a Junior Sales Recruiter based in our Phoenix office, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Leadership team to identify, recruit, and secure exceptional Associate Account Executives (AAE) to join our esteemed organization. As one of the fastest-growing companies in Silicon Valley, your contributions will be vital to our ongoing expansion!
Please be advised that this position requires on-site presence at our Phoenix, AZ office.
What You'll Do
- Lead the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing to final closing for our Associate Account Executives program.
- Utilize innovative strategies to source passive AAE candidates.
- Work alongside our AAE Sales teams to foster candidate referrals.
- Establish strong relationships with Sales leadership to facilitate collaboration throughout the hiring journey.
- Deliver compelling presentations to candidates about Verkada and our Sales organization.
- Ensure a top-tier candidate experience while acting as a trusted internal partner to our stakeholders.
- Coordinate interview scheduling with your Recruiting Coordinator.
- Maintain accurate documentation of candidate communications in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Greenhouse.
- Plan and execute sales recruiting events, with occasional travel required.

What You Bring
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1 to 3 years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, whether in an agency or internal environment. Experience in sales, university recruiting (UR), or evergreen recruiting is a plus!
- Ability to influence through collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficiency in navigating and thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup atmosphere.
- Experience in managing multiple competing internal priorities.
- A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
