About the Role
This dynamic role is crafted for a creative individual who is adept at both the visual and strategic aspects of brand management. You will transition the agency from a sporadic posting schedule to a vibrant, high-frequency content strategy across multiple platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing content life cycles, implementing local SEO strategies for 15 branches, and executing lead-generating paid advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Platform Expansion
High-Frequency Production: Generate and schedule a steady stream of Reels and static posts to ensure continuous brand engagement.
Multi-Platform Management: Oversee the daily operations of Facebook and Instagram while guiding the agency’s expansion into additional platforms.
Bilingual Storytelling: Utilize Canva and AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) to convert complex insurance topics into accessible, bilingual content for a primarily Hispanic audience.
Paid Advertising (Meta Ads Manager)
Campaign Execution: Leverage Meta Ads Manager to orchestrate paid campaigns that attract genuine quote inquiries and business leads.
Optimization: Analyze ad performance, adjusting creative elements and targeting strategies to maximize ROI for the agency.
Local SEO & Reputation Management
Google Business Profiles (GBP): Oversee and enhance the listings for each branch, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement.
