Costa Navarino is currently seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding and supervising kitchen staff, efficiently allocating tasks, and ensuring that inventory and costs align with departmental objectives. The Junior Sous Chef will oversee dish production and quality control, ensuring adherence to brand standards while collaborating with other departments on menu creation and special requests.
