As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rodeo FX, you will play a pivotal role in our production success by identifying and qualifying top talent efficiently. Main Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including needs assessment, job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, offer preparation, and negotiations.
- Conduct structured intake meetings to clarify hiring needs, establish success criteria, and create an efficient interview process.
- Evaluate candidates thoroughly, documenting key indicators and providing clear recommendations.
- Assist Department Heads with interview preparation, including crafting relevant questions and maintaining logistics.
- Ensure proactive follow-ups and maintain momentum throughout the recruitment process.
Sourcing and Community Development
- Implement targeted sourcing strategies, utilizing direct outreach, specialized networks, and referrals.
- Build and nurture discipline-specific talent communities through organized segmentation and engagement.
- Create compelling job postings that reflect our company culture in both French and English.
- Adapt recruitment messaging based on production urgency and talent availability.
- Provide the team with market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and emerging trends.
Evaluation and Quality Selection
- Conduct structured screening interviews, ensuring essential criteria are validated.
- Deliver comprehensive interview assessments that are actionable and consistent.
