Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, revise, and manage various technical documents such as user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, FAQs, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
- Own the knowledge base by creating detailed documentation tailored for our customers.
- Support the marketing team in drafting newsletters that showcase our latest product innovations and updates.
- Review and enhance existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collect feedback from various teams to foster ongoing improvement.
- Stay informed about product modifications and updates to keep documentation current.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to ensure information alignment and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Proficient written English (minimum B2 level), with a keen eye for grammar and detail.
- Effective communicator capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders (engineering, product, support, and non-technical teams) and adapting tone as necessary.
- Friendly and open to feedback, focused on enhancing the quality of documentation.
- Self-sufficient and detail-oriented, able to evaluate how feedback impacts not just a single article but the broader knowledge base.
- Logical thinker, skilled at presenting complex information in a clear, user-friendly manner.
- User-centric mindset, capable of writing for audiences ranging from laypersons to domain experts.
- Linguistic sensitivity, particularly in working with translations or localized content (no need for multilingual skills).
- Curious and eager to learn—comfortable acknowledging knowledge gaps and addressing them actively.
- Basic technical understanding: familiarity with programming concepts and the ability to grasp hardware or device functionality.
- Willingness to learn and utilize new tools (CMS, documentation platforms, internal systems).
- Ability to responsibly use AI tools as writing and research aids.
