This exciting opportunity is based in Kochi, Kerala, where you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic client partnerships specifically within the U.S. market. With a focus on driving revenue growth, you will foster strong executive-level relationships and promote account expansion through collaboration, strategic insight, and effective teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, managing and expanding vital relationships.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve annual revenue targets ranging from USD 3–5 million.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling that align with client needs.
- Work closely with Delivery Directors, project managers, and technical teams to ensure satisfaction and strategic alignment.
- Serve as the primary escalation contact, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and perform regular client check-ins.
- Stay abreast of market trends and provide valuable insights to clients and InApp leadership.
- Negotiate contract renewals and commercial terms effectively.
- Report account performance, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the company's presence within client organizations.
