YOUR MISSION
You will lead the charge in defining the future of Q-Commerce in Nigeria. As our Key Account Management Manager, you'll foster strategic partner growth, cultivate impactful partnerships, and steer one of the most pivotal commercial teams at Glovo—Account Managers—towards excellence.
THE JOURNEY
- Lead a high-performing team of 8+ Account Managers and Senior AMs, guiding them to achieve measurable success through strategic partner performance, operational excellence, and revenue growth.
- Design and implement our long-term partner commercial strategy, including growth plans, promotional strategies, advertising initiatives, and data-driven partner segmentation.
- Oversee and enhance the P&L of Glovo’s top partners, nurturing strategic relationships from negotiation to retention to ensure we are the preferred platform for Nigeria’s largest and most influential restaurants.
- Monitor and optimize key business KPIs: GMV growth, partner ad investments & ROAS, and coverage/expansion, consistently driving the team's commercial excellence.
- Establish the benchmark for Account Management practices at Glovo Nigeria and beyond.
