Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager for Advanced Energy Solutions who will lead the development of innovative energy system projects. This role involves engaging with customers and stakeholders to provide tailored solutions that meet both current and future energy demands. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our advanced energy systems business while ensuring customer satisfaction with MacAllister's high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive profitable growth in the advanced energy systems sector.
- Consult with end users, utilities, contractors, and engineers to deliver comprehensive energy solutions, including distributed generation and storage systems.
- Conduct economic analyses to assess investment viability in advanced energy systems, considering capital and operational costs, as well as market trends.
- Maintain a robust understanding of electrical grid trends and technologies that address the growing gap between energy demand and supply.
- Evaluate project risks across various domains such as construction, contractual agreements, and engineering design.
- Coordinate offerings to meet diverse customer power needs, from complete project execution to ongoing support.
- Assist project managers with technical project details and address on-site issues during the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple long-term sales cycle projects, including customer timelines and project milestones.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Caterpillar teams, contractors, and suppliers to support customer success and company objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Indirectly oversee project teams and coordinate the necessary resources for project execution.
