Key Responsibilities
Conducting proactive update calls approximately every four weeks with our law firm clients.
Acting as the primary contact for inquiries, concerns, or client feedback.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Central reception and processing of customer inquiries.
Measuring customer satisfaction and deriving appropriate actions.
Documenting conversation results and sharing internally and externally.
Direct and telephone contact with clients regarding organizational matters.
