- Engage with incoming warm leads, fostering relationships and providing support.
- Build and maintain a customer portfolio to facilitate ongoing collaborations.
- Develop a robust opportunity pipeline within the designated industry and/or geography.
- Oversee the sales cycle from initial customer contact and inquiry through to order fulfillment and the establishment of repeat business.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle, serving as their primary contact point.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of the sales process within the CRM system.
- Passionate about sales and committed to supporting clients.
- Strong customer-centric approach.
- Proven sales success in industries such as rapid prototyping, engineering, robotics, automation, and 3D printing.
- Enthusiastic about IT and digitalization, with a willingness to leverage modern technologies and software.
- Knowledge of metalworking, 3D printing, and injection molding is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English are essential.
- Prepared to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Empathetic and proactive team player capable of building enduring business relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong drive to achieve goals.
- Fully remote, full-time position. Residents of Europe, but non-resident in Italy are welcome to apply.
