Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Braeburn's mission by providing essential education to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) regarding our innovative products and the necessary access resources. This position ensures that HCPs are thoroughly informed about the clinical aspects of our offerings and the processes involved in acquiring them to support independent treatment decisions for their patients.
This role is crucial in achieving sales objectives through the effective communication of clinical product information, payer policy insights, and reimbursement details in accordance with company guidelines.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong accountability, adaptability, and business acumen, alongside collaboration and problem-solving capabilities. A solid understanding of complex distribution models, including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution, is essential.
All activities must align with Braeburn's policies and code of conduct.
Specific Duties:
- Meet and exceed planned goals for patient access to Braeburn's products and other performance metrics for the designated territory.
- Exhibit mastery in sales competencies, including:
- Business Acumen – Analyze reports and data to strategize territory activities, ensuring quarterly and annual objectives are achieved while developing a comprehensive understanding of the assigned geography.
