Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting Braeburn’s mission by educating healthcare professionals (HCPs) about our products and the accompanying access resources. This position ensures that HCPs are well-informed about the clinical aspects of our offerings and the processes involved in obtaining them for their patients’ treatment decisions.
In this role, the Key Account Manager will achieve sales targets by effectively delivering clinical product information and access resources in alignment with company policies. This position demands strong capabilities in sales achievement, education on product acquisition, payer policies, and reimbursement information.
Key skills for a successful Key Account Manager include accountability, adaptability, business acumen, collaboration, problem-solving, account management, urgency, decision-making, and integrity. Experience in navigating complex distribution models such as Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution is essential.
The Key Account Manager is expected to conduct all activities in accordance with Braeburn’s policies and code of conduct.
Specific Duties:
- Meet and exceed Braeburn’s objectives for patient access to products and other performance measures for the assigned territory.
- Demonstrate expertise in sales competencies including business acumen, analyzing territory data, and executing activities to meet quarterly and annual goals.
