Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a profound understanding of the complexities and dynamics within each account's decision-making framework. Utilize this insight to communicate potential decision drivers and unmet needs to the brand teams, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of key account situations.
• Present the anticipated effects of changes in the payer/provider landscape to the Integrated Field Teams (IFTs) and brand teams, enhancing their foresight and strategic planning.
• Cultivate trusted and strategic relationships with payers and providers to identify access barriers and align with the objectives of key accounts.
• Discover and collaborate on opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships with key accounts to positively influence contracting and tendering processes, enhancing product access.
• Formulate tailored strategies and engagement plans for specific accounts, with clear objectives and actions aimed at optimizing the utilization, funding, and access of AbbVie products, considering the long-term vision of the product portfolio.
• Lead negotiations and facilitate the contracting and tendering process, ensuring that deals are closed effectively to meet profit targets.
• Continuously monitor the execution and impact of activities related to key accounts to drive improvements in overall performance.
